1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk333 ("pk333", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the pk333 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

pk333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full suite of pk333 Services, you must complete the registration process via the pk333 Login page and create a single, verified player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your pk333 Login username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other person's pk333 account. pk333 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. 3.3 Notification of Unauthorised Access

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. pk333 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All funds deposited into your pk333 account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit source is owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed at the point of deposit in your pk333 account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that matches the account holder's verified identity. pk333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. pk333 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within the same business day; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. 4.4 Currency

The pk333 platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, wager amounts, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR. Where a player deposits via USDT TRC20, the PKR equivalent will be credited to the account at the prevailing conversion rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pk333 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus terms set out in this section apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a pk333 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The standard wagering multiplier applicable to welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses is specified in the individual promotion. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

5.4 Employee and Affiliate Exclusions

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on the pk333 platform, including cricket, Kabaddi, and all other available markets, are governed by the pk333 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of ambiguity regarding the outcome of a specific market, pk333's decision, made in good faith by the trading team, shall be final and binding. pk333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at an incorrect price, or on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement.

6.2 Casino and Slots Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on pk333, including pk333 Casino exclusives, are operated by certified third-party game studios. Each game is subject to its own game rules, return-to-player percentage, and volatility profile. pk333 does not manipulate the outcome of any game. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be voided and the wager amount returned to the player's balance.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

pk333 is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnections, device failure, power outages, or any other technical interruption on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted and the outcome cannot be determined from server-side records, the round will be voided. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk333 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin games, or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing errors to generate guaranteed profit.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the pk333 platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, audio assets, brand logos, promotional materials, written content, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk333 or its licenced third-party suppliers. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting you any ownership interest or licence to use pk333 intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Services.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any pk333 content without the prior written consent of pk333. Unauthorised use of pk333 intellectual property may give rise to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk333 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions outside pk333's reasonable control.

Where pk333 is found to be liable to you by a court of competent jurisdiction, the aggregate liability of pk333 to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your pk333 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits pk333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by pk333

pk333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pk333 reasonably suspects or determines that: the account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement; the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal purposes; the account holder has provided false information during registration or verification; or continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to pk333.

10.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your pk333 account at any time by contacting pk333 customer support via the live chat facility available on the platform. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the pk333 Services ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement and remain in full force.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and pk333, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk333 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by pk333's licensing authority, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk333 from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
